Faith formation occurs in all aspects of our Church and School community life. The principles of Rosary are founded on the concept of teaching elementary students a strong curriculum of studies within the context of Catholic tradition and faith formation. There is also a renewed effort within St. Francis to further develop spiritual growth, including Bible Studies, workshops, retreats in daily life and other programs among the adult members in the parish as well.

The programs specifically addressed in this section on faith formation are the Religious Education (RE) program for children not attending Catholic schools, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) for adults interested in joining our Catholic faith community, and the Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC) for school age children who will be joining the Catholic Church with their parents.
